A Christ-Centered Homeschool Community

We want our kids to be light to a dark world, but it is our job to train them to be that light. For us, that opportunity to help our kids pursue godliness comes through homeschooling. We believe our kids aren’t just a job given to us, but a joyful responsibility for us to steward unto Christ. Roots and Shoots Co-op wants to help you succeed by providing a safe community with like-minded and like-hearted people who are committed to the same things. Our kids get an important opportunity to see the body of Christ at work in the academic sphere, and they too get to delight in community with each other. We aren't just a co-op that happens to be comprised of Christians; rather we are a co-op that believes Christ is all and in all. Our God is multi-faceted, and He is in all school subjects. We want to come together, and enrich our kids' lives with academics that point to the One who is the author of all knowledge.
EDUCATION
We want to train our children to pursue Christ in all things, knowing that God created them to honor Him with their hearts, minds, souls, and strength. We believe God is the author of all subjects from math to art and that His goodness is found in education.
Rooted in Christ
Our children are a gift from God. We want to gather together intentionally and regularly as homeschoolers and work together as a village to raise our children to be fruitful Christ-followers who love the Lord with their whole being. We want to train our children to pursue Christ in all things, knowing that God created them to honor Him with their hearts, minds, soul, and strength.
CLASSES
Our weekly classes are designed to be enrichment courses, meaning they are supplementary to what you are doing at home with your students. They are taught by qualified adults with an expertise and passion for their subject matter, Christ, and for homeschooled students. Some classes offered are Art, Spanish, Drama, Anatomy, Handicrafts, and Bible to name a few.
